Performance: Silver tin oxide is the most ideal environmentally friendly low-voltage contact material for replacing toxic silver cadmium oxide. It has excellent resistance to fusion welding and arc erosion resistance. Gradual replacement of silver cadmium oxide materials is widely used in contactors and general-purpose relays, magnetic holding relays, and automotive relays. Added 3~5wt.%, Indium oxide silver tin oxide indium oxide material has better resistance to material transfer under DC load conditions and is suitable for use in automotive relays and other fields. In order to meet the diversity and individual needs of low-voltage electrical appliances, the company has developed a variety of silver tin oxide materials for use, with a tin oxide content of 8 to 16 wt.%. The content of indium oxide is 0~5wt.%. The mechanical and physical properties and application of the main grade materials are shown in the following table. |
